1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar

Variations & Tips
For a spicier version, add a few dashes of hot sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze. If you prefer a tangier flavor, increase the amount of Dijon mustard. Alternatively, you can substitute the apricot preserves with peach or pineapple preserves for a different fruity twist. For a more substantial dish, add chopped bell peppers or onions to the slow cooker along with the kielbasa.
