Steak with Haunted Bourbon Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

– 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
– 1/4 cup bourbon
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon butter
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the steaks to your desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Pour in the bourbon and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to cook off the alcohol.

5. Add the heavy cream and stir to combine. Let the sauce simmer and thicken for about 5 minutes.

6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Place the steaks back into the skillet, coating them with the haunted bourbon garlic cream sauce.

8. Serve the steaks hot with extra sauce drizzled on top. Enjoy your spooky and delicious meal!
