Crab Salad Recipe

This light and refreshing crab salad combines the delicate flavors of imitation crab with crisp vegetables and a creamy, tangy dressing. It’s perfect as a standalone dish, a filling for sandwiches, or a topping for mixed greens.
Crab Salad Ingredients:
Seafood:
8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
Vegetables:
¼ cup celery, finely diced
¼ cup cucumber, finely diced
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Dressing:
½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt (or light mayonnaise)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Crab Salad Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the fat-free Greek yogurt (or light mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add chopped imitation crab meat, celery, cucumber, and green onions.
Stir until all ingredients are well coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
Serve chilled and enjoy.
