Shrimp Chimichurri

Shrimp Chimichurri 🦐🌿
Zesty shrimp meets bold herb sauce—bright, punchy, and fast!
Ingredients
For the Chimichurri:
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
For the Shrimp:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cooking Instructions
1. Make Chimichurri:
Mix parsley, cilantro, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Slowly whisk in olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Let sit for 15–20 minutes.
2. Cook Shrimp:
Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high.
Pat shrimp dry and season.
Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and firm.
3. Serve:
Top shrimp with chimichurri.
Great with rice, bread, veggies, or salad.
