Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken or vegetable broth

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:
