Ingredients
12 large eggs
2 ½ cups milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup diced ham
8 cups diced bread cubes
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
¼ cup chopped green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a bundt cake pan thoroughly.
Sauté hash browns: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic and hash browns until golden brown. Set aside to cool.
Build the bundt: Layer half of the bread cubes in the greased pan. Add diced ham, green onions, cooled hash browns, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Top with remaining bread cubes.
Whisk the mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour and top: Evenly pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients. Cover with foil and let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top (optional: add extra ham).
Bake: Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until the center is fully set and the top is golden brown.
Cool and serve: Allow the bundt cake to cool for 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving platter. Slice and enjoy!
